and purpose of the role

Warehouse Operator / Warehouse Controller is responsible for managing and monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, coordinating stock movements, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support business operations. The role focuses on preventing stock discrepancies, minimizing losses, and ensuring efficient stock control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the new Central Warehouse go-live (Phase 1)
  • Support Odoo WMS go-live, including onboarding and operational training
  • Perform daily warehouse activities such as receiving, put-away, picking, and packing
  • Carry out stock replenishment and update inventory records accurately
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist in identifying causes of stock discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and ISO requirements
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Follow company procedures and warehouse operational standards.

Background and experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management preferred.
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
