Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse activities, including:

  • Receiving, put‑away, picking and packing of goods
  • Loading and unloading deliveries accurately and safely
  • Organising inbound and outbound freight and staging items in designated areas
  • Operating warehouse equipment (forklift and/or reach truck – training provided if required)
  • Completing paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (Footprint)
  • Escalating any shipment issues promptly to the Account Coordinator or Team Leader
  • Ensuring warehouse areas are kept clean, safe, and organised
  • Following all Health & Safety guidelines at all times
  • Supporting the warehouse team with additional tasks as required

Working Hours

  • Weekend availability required (Friday Saturday and Sunday Monday )
  • Flexible shifts available, including day shifts
  • Ideal for candidates seeking part‑time or supplementary work

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or move for extended periods
  • Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and occasionally climb or balance
  • Regularly lift and/or move items up to 25kg
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environments with variable temperatures

Skills & Experience

  • Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential just a great attitude to learn and earn!
  • Forklift or reach truck licence desirable (training can be provided)
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete checklists accurately
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
