Wir suchen eine/n Lagermitarbeiter/in, für die Bearbeitung von Lieferungen, sowie von Versandaufträgen, damit alles reibungslos und termingerecht abläuft. Unsere Produkte umfassen Rohstoffe und klinischen Studienmaterialien, die mit einer äußersten Sorgfalt gehandhabt werden müssen.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Annahme und Lagerung von Lieferungen unter den richtigen Bedingungen (z. B. temperaturkontrollierte Lagerung)

  • Erfassung der Lieferungen in unserem System und ordnungsgemäße Kennzeichnung der Artikel

  • Vorbereitung der erforderlichen Dokumente, wie z.B. der Picklisten und Versandlabel

  • Durchführung des Versands von Materialien für klinische Studien

  • Abwicklung spezieller Lieferungen (z. B. dringende oder sensible Sendungen) mit vertrauenswürdigen Kurierdiensten

  • Erkennen und Melden von Qualitätsproblemen bei Materialien zur Sicherstellen, dass diese isoliert werden, bis das Problem gelöst ist

  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation gemäß GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) aller getätigten Arbeitsschritte

Das suchen wir:

  • Die Hauptkompetenz liegt in der gewissenhaften Arbeitsweise

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Lager, Logistik oder Qualitätskontrolle (Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen!)

  • Ein Hintergrund in der pharmazeutischen Industrie ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

  • Genauigkeit und Präzision, insbesondere bei der Handhabung und Dokumentation von Materialien

  • Ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer, der motiviert ist, Neues zu lernen

  • Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse (z. B. MS Office, ERP-Systeme)

  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind grundsätzlich erforderlich

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator (m/f/x) to process deliveries and shipping orders, so that everything runs smoothly and on time. Our products include raw materials and clinical study materials that must be handled with the utmost care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and storing deliveries under the correct conditions (e.g. temperature-controlled storage)

  • Recording deliveries in our system and properly labeling the items

  • Preparation of the necessary documents, such as pick lists and shipping labels

  • Conduct shipping of clinical trial materials

  • Handle special deliveries (e.g. urgent or sensitive shipments) with trusted courier services

  • Identify and report quality issues with materials to ensure they are isolated until the issue is resolved

  • Careful documentation in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) of all work steps carried out

What We Are Looking For:

  • Detail-oriented and responsible work ethic

  • Initial experience in the areas of warehousing, logistics or quality control (career changers are also welcome)

  • A background in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not essential

  • Accuracy and precision, particularly in handling and documenting materials

  • A reliable team player who is motivated to learn new things

  • Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office, ERP systems)

  • Knowledge of German and English is generally required
