Key Responsibilities:
- Daily coordination with Planning and Operation to get the Kit priority and sequence for kit preparation
- Daily kit preparation as per plan by using RADNIK software
- Ensure the Kit as per kit list and control on BIS
- Ensure on time kit delivery for shipment
- Maintain record for KIT dispatched to customer
- Implement the Poka-Yoke in KIT area

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or related roles.
Warehousing experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
- Ensure safe work and report any injury hazards promptly.
- Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Lead HSE training initiatives and engage the workforce in safety protocols.
Quality:
- Follow standard work, work instructions, and established quality procedures.
- Identify and raise issues to mitigate cost and quality exposures.
- Perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Identify and control non-conforming materials.
Delivery:
- Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, and store goods, Line feeding & Dispatch.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Operate manual and automated equipment for picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain competency in core work skills and adhere to defined engineering standards.
Teamwork:
- Communicate effectively with assigned teams and support teams.
- Ensure training completion aligns with business requirements.
- Seek continuous improvement in quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, perform routine housekeeping tasks, support planned operator care, and assist in equipment maintenance.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of Oracle and warehouse / Customer Kit activities.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Ability to operate manual and automated warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with inventory control methodologies.
