Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Operators to join our logistics team in Morisset. These roles are essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse and the overall success of our supply chain. We have both Full-Time (38 hours/week, Mon–Fri) and Casual (25–35 hours/week, Mon–Fri, with potential to convert to full-time after 6 months) positions available.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in warehouse operations and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials
  • Pick and fill orders from stock
  • Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain inventory control and stock accuracy
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
  • Assist in the training of new staff members
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (license preferred)
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
  • Valid Forklift License (LF) - essential
