Job Description

Join our team and play a vital role in keeping materials and products moving efficiently throughout our operation. As a Warehouse Operator, you will support day-to-day warehouse and production activities by safely transporting raw materials, components, and finished goods using a variety of material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, power trucks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products throughout the warehouse and manufacturing areas.
  • Ensure timely and accurate material flow to support production and customer needs.
  • Maintain inventory and transaction records while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Track operational metrics and support the creation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

Schedule

2:00 pm - 10:30 pm - Monday through Friday (Evening Shift)

Required Qualifications:

  • Forklift, Reach Truck experience
  • Ability to obtain appropriate licenses/training/certifications as needed
  • Be available to work extended hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds without restrictions required​
  • SAP applications
  • Warehouse, Inventory Management Systems and Inventory Control Systems analytics and methods
  • Lean Methodology knowledge preferred
  • Ability to understand instructions
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally, writing and reading in English
  • Ability to apply experience to complete assignments and to facilitate the work activities of others
  • Ability to interact professionally with management team
