Role and Major Responsibilities of Position:
Warehouse operator - Prepare all customer orders as per weekly schedule which is to Pick, pack, label pallets, shrink-wrap and load orders. Ensure that all inventories are correctly, properly stored and effectively updated in SAP during the order preparation process. To ensure that inventory is effectively retrieved from production and stored in the correct warehouse storage location. Develop relationships with service providers in the department such as customer services and transporters etc. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader all issues related to inventory and downtime. Reporting all inventory inaccuracy issues to the cycle counter for correction.
Minimum Requirements for Position: (Education, skills, experience, etc.)
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or any related fields
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working within cross functional teams
• Excellent English spoken / written skills, and good communication skills
• 2-year Experience within a manufacturing and warehouse / Distribution work environment.
• Data analysis skills
• Proficient computer skills
• SAP knowledge
• Valid fork truck driver’s license
• Supervisory experience and computer literacy, an essential advantage
