NTN has an immediate opening at our Whitestown, Indiana Warehouse location for a Warehouse Operator 1.

Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

We offer a 2nd shift differential of $1.00 per hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At NTN, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking appropriate cases according to order and placing the orders on carts, loading and unloading pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Operating a powered industrial truck safely, and loading trailers.
• Warehouse employee may also be responsible for receiving and distributing product and assisting in weekly inventory of product. Maintain good housekeeping in assigned area.
• Comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and PPE policies and procedures.
• Warehouse employee will also comply with any/ all other duties assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications/Skills and Abilities

• The job requires extensive walking and standing on hard surfaces.
• High school diploma or GED a plus.
• Must have computer skills for e-mailing and communication, ability to use Microsoft Excel.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Defines, implements and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of processes.
• Other duties as required and assigned. Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted.
