Manufacturing General Labor

Area: Springboro
Shift: 1st

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to support manufacturing and contract tolling operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for material handling, shipping and receiving, tote/container preparation, forklift operation, and supporting production flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.

• Prepare, inspect, clean, and repair totes and finished good containers for shipment
• Load and unload trucks while safely moving materials throughout the facility using forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Pick, stage, verify, and prepare production and customer orders according to documented procedures
• Record material movements, quantities, inspections, and shipping/receiving information accurately
• Support production operations by fulfilling material requests and assisting with raw material unloading processes
• Perform pressure checks, inspections, and basic container maintenance as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all SOPs and safety guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse and production support duties as assigned by leadership
