■業務内容:
・倉庫現場における入出荷業務
・倉庫内の現場作業全般の実施
・リーダーの指示に従い、日常業務においてオンタイムで入出荷作業の実施を目指す
・日常の倉庫オペレーションで発生するイレギュラー問題の対応
・構内で現場作業に従事している派遣社員の作業を管理し、最適オペレーションを実施する
・倉庫作業プロセスのカイゼン活動をリードする
■応募要件:
・物流センターでの現場オペレーション経験
・コミュニケーション言語: 日本語(上級またはネイティブレベル)
