£18.32 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance). This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

You'll pick, receive, load and dispatch stock in line with our procedures, and help our Warehouse Manager with health and safety initiatives. This is a full-time role based at our Bristol plant, working 38 hours per week across rotating shift patterns. You'll work Monday-Thursday on one of three shifts (6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 or 22:00-6:00) and Fridays on one of two shifts (6:00-12:00, 12:00-18:00 or 18:00-00:00). You may also be required to work at other Etex depots with reasonable notice.

What you’ll do:

  • Pick, assemble, check and load orders onto vehicles for delivery, securing them when required.
  • Unload, check, scan and store products in the correct warehouse areas and maintain stock rotation.
  • Update SAP for all stock movements and report any damages to your line manager.
  • Conduct daily checks on materials handling equipment and maintain a clean and safe warehouse following 5S procedures.
  • Work closely with supply chain, customer services, production and logistics teams to meet operational demands.
  • Provide training to new employees once you have the right level of experience.

What you’ll bring:

  • Ability to lift 25kg and manual dexterity, physical co-ordination and endurance for the role.
  • Valid forklift licence (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in distribution or manufacturing (desirable).
  • Experience operating materials handling equipment (desirable).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and extra hours to meet operational demands.
