The Warehouse Operator is an individual that will understand all the aspects of warehousing and shipping of seed products. The individual must follow all procedures that are both verbal and written to insure the seed quality to include but not limited to ISO procedures. The position does require certain physical attributes in order to complete the warehousing of the product. The individual must have the ability to read and comprehend what each product description is and how it is packaged and warehoused to maintain the quality and accuracy of the product for the customers. The position will involve other areas of seed production and a general knowledge is required.

b. Ability to ensure quality and purity in areas of responsibility.
c. Communicating effectively and positively to all company and outside people.
d. Making sure warehousing and shipping is completed on a timely basis.
e. Ability to understand and operate warehouse equipment in seed plant.
f. Follows company policies and procedures for both safety and quality.
g.. Maintaining efficient use of time to ensure company profitability.
h. Performing additional duties as directed by Department supervisor.
