Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
Full Category B Licence: Valid full licence with a clean driving record
Minimum Age 18: Must be at least 18 years old
Security Clearance: Must pass a 5-year background check and Garda vetting
Right to Work: Must have legal eligibility to work in the EU
English Skills: Strong written and spoken English required
Flexible for Shifts: Available for rostered shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Capability: Able to perform manual tasks in a busy, active environment
Reliable & Punctual: Strong attendance and timekeeping essential
Professional Appearance: Must meet SHP grooming and uniform standards

The role of Warehouse Operative is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a six-month probation period to ensure the right fit for both you and the team. We offer a competitive hourly rate of €16 (for candidates with a full EU driving licence).
Flexibility is important in this role, as additional hours may be required to support operational needs, including aircraft delays and busy periods. Shifts may include early starts, late finishes, and weekends, providing a dynamic and varied working environment.
