GXO Logistics is hiring an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Reach Truck FLT licence to join our Kimberly Clark team in Northfleet

This is a full time, permanent role with guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Load/unload vehicles, secure goods includes moving curtains and securing load with strapping
• FLT - Operate Reach Truck or counterbalance would be a bonus
• Check pallet quality, replenish stock, put items away and pick orders
• Replenish stock locations to ensure efficient picking
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required to support the wider team.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Valid Reach Truck FLT licence (RITTB or ITSSAR accepted) or counterbalance
• Great communication skills
• Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work using own initiative
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks in safety manner
• Refresher training available (valid licence required at start)
