We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to support our Avonmouth operation. The role is responsible for ensuring all products for dispatch are assembled, quality checked, and loaded accurately to meet customer deadlines and standards.

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Hours: 2pm - 1am | 11-hour shifts (may vary slightly)

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out quality and date code checks on products.
  • Remove substandard stock from the assembly process and replace with approved product.
  • Decant product as required for operational needs.
  • Assemble goods-on-wheels for customer deliveries.
  • Ensure orders are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Comply fully with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Adhere to the company’s “Clean as you go” policy.
  • Handle company equipment responsibly and report any issues.
  • Support and train less experienced team members as required.
  • Undertake duties in other areas when requested, provided there is no Health & Safety risk.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of customer service standards.
  • Experience working with short shelf-life products and daily delivery operations.
  • Willingness to work shifts and demonstrate flexibility.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be reliable, detail-focused, and committed to maintaining operational and quality standards.
