The Warehouse Operations Utility is responsible for: Processing, stocking, and breaking down all equipment that is needed for each event. The main function of the Warehouse Operations utility is washing and processing items back into the warehouse. The Warehouse Operations Utility reports directly to the Warehouse General Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

DAILY OPERATIONS

  • Able to succeed in a team-based work environment.
  • Assure all specific cleaning processes are followed per stocked item.

o Equipment, china, flatware, woods, plastics, etc.

  • Lead the restocking of processed items back into the warehouse location specified.
  • Assist with inventory, equipment deep clean, repairs, and other projects that may be required.
  • Be able to work independently and within a team to complete opening and closing tasks.
  • Provide feedback on possible process improvements.
  • Maintain a weekly breakage report for inventory control.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking all incoming orders at the warehouse.
  • Assist with managing all scheduled equipment checks for cleanliness and functionality.
  • Assist in the packing of dry good sheets for events when needed.
  • Work with Operations team members on off-premise events as needed.
  • Follow all building, food safety, and other warehouse specific safety protocols, and processes.
  • Communicate shortages to the Warehouse Operations Manager as far in advance as possible to assure a fast solution.
  • Work a flexible schedule that may change based on event requirements.
  • Support the Events Group in any necessary capacity, to ensure success for the company as whole.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • One or more years of hospitality or warehouse experience is preferred
  • Results-oriented and flexibility to support team where needed
  • High energy level with efforts that go above and beyond
  • Places high importance on building and maintaining trust, and has a long-range perspective with relationship development
  • Forthright in communication
  • Desire to follow company’s mission statement
  • Positive attitude and the willingness to work with all facets and levels of management
