Warehouse & Operations Team Leader

Your Responsibilities

Lead the overall operation, coordinating and overseeing the physical and documentation-related operations of the Distribution Center.
Ensure operational excellence by guaranteeing compliance with customer commitments, quality standards, and established timelines.
Manage customs operations, ensuring compliance with customs responsibilities and addressing the requirements of regulatory authorities.
Lead people and resources, developing the team and ensuring the necessary resources for an efficient operation.
Drive data-driven decisions by managing operational metrics, inventories, and systems such as WMS and PICIZ, ensuring that the information accurately reflects the reality of the operation.

Your Profile

Education: Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years leading teams and logistics operations.
Specific Knowledge: International trade, customs procedures, warehousing, and inventory management. Proficiency in tools and systems related to logistics operations, particularly WMS and PICIZ. Good command of English.
