Warehouse Operations Staff

Taylor, TX

Full-Time | On-site

Rate: $27-$30/hr DOE

MUST bilingual in Korean/English

A semiconductor-focused logistics and supply chain company located in Taylor, TX, supporting warehousing, material handling, inventory, and logistics operations for the semiconductor industry.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Staff member to support daily warehouse operations and ensure materials and inventory are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Job Description

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, staging, and shipping materials.
• Perform loading/unloading, material handling, and warehouse organization as needed.
• Assist with inventory control, including counting, tracking, and verifying materials.
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
• Enter and maintain inventory and shipment information in the warehouse or logistics system.
• Coordinate with the Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth movement of materials.
• Follow established procedures for material handling, storage, safety, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and other daily operational matters.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Korean/English bilingual is REQUIRED
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling preferred.
• Experience with warehouse operations, receiving/shipping, or inventory control preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Previous experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech logistics is a plus.
