Responsibilities:

Work quickly and safely to handle products in our warehouse. This includes Process Inventory
Fulfillment, Inquiry Fulfillment, Custom Kit Assembly, and/or receipt of inventory in compliance
with all Iron Mountain procedures and standards.


Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all duties
Clearly and accurately recording information on documents and in software applications
Regularly lifting and carrying items that weigh 35-40 pounds and occasionally up to 51 lbs. This sometimes is at shoulder height.
Operating small machines including pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, binders, etc
Using tools including box cutters, tape guns and dispensers, staplers, etc
Loading, unloading, and pushing/pulling a cart or pallet (with jack) weighing up to 1500 lbs
Stuffing and sealing envelopes, building boxes, collating material, inserting material, and preparing material for shipment
Performs all other duties as assigned
Anticipates problems, catches errors, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time as well as communities on ways to improve quality and productivity

Protective footwear is required and shall meet ASTM F2413-11 “Standard Specification for
Performance Requirements for Protective ( Safety) Toe Cap Footwear” and have a slip-resistant
rating designated as “Better or Best”

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Physical strength and stamina, as you may be required to move objects from one place to another as well endurance as sometimes you will walk/stand for up to 8 hours
Reading, understanding, and following written and verbal instructions
Attention to detail for reading orders, finding the right items, and following order instruction
Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Reasonably expected salary range: $42,500.00 - $53,100.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
