Kilter develops groundbreaking technology that addresses major challenges for farmers in a sustainable way. Our fully automated agricultural robot, Kilter AX-1, represents a paradigm shift in weed control. Using advanced AI and patented nozzle technology, AX-1 precisely targets weeds without harming crops or soil. This reduces herbicide use by up to 95% and increases crop yield by up to 35%.

🚀 About the role
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist at Kilter, you will play a key role in ensuring that materials, components and spare parts are where they need to be – when they need to be there.

You will work hands-on with daily warehouse operations while also helping us develop and improve how we manage inventory, material flow, quality control and logistics as we scale production and operations globally.

📦 What will you do?

• Handle receiving, picking, packing and inventory movements

• Supply materials and components to production

• Manage spare parts and shipments to our global operations

• Perform incoming inspection and quality control

• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse documentation

• Help improve warehouse layout, processes and material flow

• Work closely with production, supply chain, quality and service

🎯 You most likely have

• Experience from warehouse, logistics, production or similar operations

• Experience with inventory or ERP/WMS systems

• Valid forklift operator certificate (T1–T4), preferably with T4 certification

• A practical mindset and willingness to work hands-on

• Good communication skills in English

Experience with technical products, manufacturing, quality control or international logistics is a plus.
