Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in compiling information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, used by others to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.

· Operate material handling equipment including hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, delivery vehicle.

· Receive incoming materials, supplies and equipment. Unload trucks, inspect material for damage or defects, uncrate and assemble materials when needed.

· Demonstrate proficiency and ability to train on ERP system to process all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in computer system.

· Demonstrate proficiency and ability to train on and operate an industrial wet saw and wood saw, and follow the procedures for such operations.

· Demonstrate proficiency and ability to create/package both small packages and large crates.

· Assist in other duties as required.

Qualifications/Skills and Abilities:

· Effectively demonstrate time management and organizational skills needed to complete competing tasks and meet time sensitive deadlines.

· Ability to “quickly think on your feet”.

· Comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and PPE policies and procedures.

· The job requires extensive walking and standing on hard surfaces.

· High school diploma /GED and basic math skills required.

· Must have computer skills for e-mailing and communication, ability to use Microsoft Excel.

· Ability to examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

· Ability to help define, implement and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of processes.

· Read, write and speak English and lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
