Role Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist
Reporting to: Logistics and Warehouse Manager
Division: Network Planning & Operations

B. CONTEXT
Purpose
Handle day to day Inbound and outbound process of U9 Warehouse and Inventory management
Context
Under Technology & Information, handling of U9 Warehouses to support the Network Operations
C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming telecom equipment and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and database.
- Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Process outbound/inbound shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule deliveries and track shipments.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of telecom equipment as per manufacture standards and procedures.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any warehouse maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to resolve any shipping or inventory issues.
- Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide immediate support for urgent inbound and outbound requests to maintain network operations.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, shipping activities, inbound/outbound Proof of Deliveries (PODs), and warehouse performance metrics.
- Conduct stocktaking and warehouse audits at regular intervals to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Proper handling and storage of material in accordance with SOPs
E. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & DECISION MAKING
Interacts with:
Internal: Logistics and Warehouse Manager, Operation managers, Power engineers, Coordinator, Power Manager
External: Sub-contractors, Warehouse Suppliers, Material and Equipment Vendors

Follow Logistics and Warehouse Manager
F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- At least 3 years' experience in Warehousing and Inventory Management
- Strong knowledge about Telecom Equipment is preferred
- Good command of English
- Having knowledge about Logistics and Supply Chain is a plus point
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Must have good computer skills in Microsoft Office
