This promise is delivered through our state‑of‑the‑art Distribution Centre in Kempton Park, an African first for workwear distribution. Operating around the clock, the DC is powered by advanced warehouse systems, cutting‑edge technology and skilled teams working across day and night shifts to ensure accuracy, speed and service excellence when our customers need it most.

To support our ongoing operational excellence, we are looking for a Warehouse Operations Leader to lead high‑performing teams and ensure safe, efficient and reliable delivery across all DC functions.

As the Warehouse Operations Leader, you will:

  • Lead and inspire large warehouse teams, building a culture of accountability, engagement and delivery excellence
  • Drive accurate, on‑time order fulfilment, ensuring seamless product flow from inbound through picking, dispatch and invoicing
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, bottlenecks and risks before they impact service levels
  • Champion Health & Safety across the Distribution Centre, ensuring legal compliance, best‑practice standards and a safe working environment
  • Implement and maintain robust safety systems, audits, training and corrective actions in line with SAMTRAC and company requirements

  • A strong people leader who builds accountable, engaged and high‑performing teams
  • Disciplined and proactive in Health & Safety, compliance and risk management
  • SAMTRAC certified, with hands‑on experience implementing, maintaining and auditing safety systems
  • Highly comfortable in WMS‑driven environments, with a strong understanding of systems‑led operations
  • Analytical and solutions‑focused, able to identify bottlenecks, optimise productivity and drive continuous improvement
  • Willing and able to work rotational day and night shifts, providing leadership presence and continuity across operations
  • A leader who operates with urgency and ownership, remaining calm under pressure while consistently delivering reliable outcomes and an exceptional customer experience

In line with Jonsson Workwear’s commitment to employment equity, applications from candidates from designated groups, as well as candidates with disabilities, are encouraged.
