  • Redesign and optimise warehouse layout to improve flow and utilisation

  • Implement structured processes, governance, and operating standards

  • Support introduction of new systems, equipment, and workflows

  • Build a scalable warehouse model that supports multiple projects and long-term contracts

  • Embed a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Success Looks Like

  • High and sustained inventory accuracy

  • Efficient, timely inbound and outbound logistics

  • Optimised use of warehouse space

  • Strong compliance with processes and data standards

  • Minimal stock discrepancies and delivery delays

  • Full Health & Safety compliance

  • Reliable, high-quality service to internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy, and audit requirements

  • Experience with warehouse management or CMDB-style inventory systems

  • Track record supporting project-based or field engineering environments

  • Experience improving underperforming or immature warehouse operations

  • Hands-on involvement in warehouse redesign, process improvement, or transformation initiatives

Skills & Attributes

  • Ability to challenge legacy practices and drive meaningful change

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Collaborative and able to build strong cross-functional relationships

  • Capable of balancing day-to-day delivery with long-term transformation goals

Health & Safety
