Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operations & Industrial Engineering Manager to lead warehouse operations while applying industrial engineering principles to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and operational excellence. Must be Bilingual English/Spanish)
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, cold storage, production support, repacking, shipping, sanitation, warehouse layout, labor planning, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will optimize workflows, maximize labor productivity, reduce operating costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards while maintaining excellent customer service.
Schedule (Must Be Flexible)
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Sunrise, FL
Salary: $100,000–$125,000

Essential Responsibilities
- Lead all warehouse operations and daily planning.
- Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage utilization.
- Conduct time and motion studies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and productivity standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and employees.
- Manage receiving, inventory, FIFO compliance, production support, and shipping operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSMA, OSHA, and company SOPs.
- Monitor labor utilization, overtime, equipment, sanitation, and overall facility organization.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, product shrink, and operating costs.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Food Safety, Sales, and Accounting teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
- Industrial Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Operations Management
- Logistics Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering (with operations experience)
- Or a related engineering discipline
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive warehouse operations leadership experience.
- Experience in fresh produce, food distribution, food manufacturing, cold storage, or other perishable goods environments preferred.
- Proven experience implementing process improvements and managing warehouse teams.
- Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems.
