Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including local and overseas deliveries as well as inventory management.
• Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency through proper planning and supervision.
• Collaborate with Business Units, suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control and documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports for management review and decision-making.
• Enforce workplace safety and health standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any equivalent discipline.
• Knowledge of or certification in Workplace Safety and Health will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, including team supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to drive initiatives.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
