Every day, our people imagine better ways to serve a world in motion – creating smarter, safer, and more sustainable solutions for our customers.

YOUR ROLE

We’re seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join a new dedicated Contract Logistics operation in Dubbo supporting the renewable energy sector.

This is a hands-on warehouse role combining day-to-day operational activity with inventory control, systems administration, order coordination and customer support. You’ll manage the movement of spare parts and related materials from receipt and storage through to order fulfilment and dispatch, helping ensure inventory remains accurate and operational requirements are met on time.

You’ll work within a small site-based team alongside our technical tooling specialists, coordinating parts requirements, urgent movements and operational priorities in a fast-paced customer environment.

As part of the mobilisation of this new operation, the successful candidate will be required to undertake customer-specific operational training in Newcastle during November and December 2026, ahead of commencing permanently in Dubbo. The training will support familiarisation with the customer’s parts, systems, inventory processes and operating requirements, with approved travel and accommodation costs covered by CEVA.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate inbound receipt, unloading, verification and receipting of goods
  • Manage put-away, storage and control of spare-parts inventory
  • Maintain accurate stock movements, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
  • Process and coordinate customer orders against agreed priorities and service levels
  • Pick, pack, kit, label and dispatch parts, including shipping documentation
  • Coordinate returns, damaged stock and other non-conforming inventory
  • Arrange and track routine and urgent parts movements with transport providers
  • Provide customers with inventory, order and shipment updates

The role also maintains warehouse master data, operational reporting and accurate system records covering inbound and outbound activity, order fulfilment, returns, stock counts and service exceptions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll bring solid hands-on experience within warehousing, inventory, logistics or distribution operations, together with a strong customer-service mindset and confidence working with warehouse systems.

  • Experience across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Strong inventory-control skills and attention to stock accuracy
  • Experience coordinating customer orders and changing operational priorities
  • Confidence using WMS, ERP, RF scanning and other warehouse systems
  • Good administrative capability and Microsoft Office skills
  • A current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift Truck (LF)

Experience handling spare parts, technical or industrial inventory will be highly regarded, particularly exposure to serialised, batch-controlled, returnable or high-value stock.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment and competitive compensation, we are proud to offer a range of employee benefits designed to support your wellbeing, and help you thrive at work and in life.

  • Personal wellbeing: prioritise your health and wellbeing through the CEVAwell program, Employee Assistance Program, Volunteer Time Off, and Life & Total Permanent Disability Insurance.
