A Day in the Life
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator supports warehouse operations by coordinating projects related to process improvements, equipment installations, layout changes, inventory optimization, and safety initiatives. This role ensures projects stay on schedule, are well-documented, and align with operational goals.
The following schedule is available for this role:
Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Starting Pay:
$21.00 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential

All About You
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience using Asana or similar warehouse/project management tools
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience managing trackers and maintaining accurate project documentation
Ability to prioritize orders and coordinate workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Coordinate warehouse projects, timelines, and resources
Utilize Asana to manage tasks, timelines, and project tracking
Manage and maintain operational trackers to ensure accuracy and visibility
Coordinate daily workflow and task assignments for groups of up to 10 associates
Prioritize orders and adjust workflow to meet deadlines
Support process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and accuracy
Read and interpret measurements from tech packs to ensure accurate execution
Prepare reports, project updates, and documentation
Communicate project updates, timelines, and needs with customers, operations, PE, inventory, IT, and vendors
Track project budgets, materials, and equipment needs
Assist with SOP updates and training materials
Other duties as required
