📦Warehouse Operations Clerk

🧾 Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operations Clerk to support daily warehouse and logistics activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating inventory movement, and ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify accuracy of orders, shipments, and inventory counts
• Enter data into inventory and warehouse management systems, Job Boss and Microsoft Teams is a PLUS
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and vendors
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and reports
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Provide administrative support to warehouse and operations teams

🎯 Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the shift
• Occasional lifting of packages (up to 25–50 lbs, if applicable)

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS, Job Boss and Microsoft Teams)
