About this opportunity

Join our energetic team at Ericsson as a Warehouse Operations Specialist In this role, you will leverage your expertise and work experience to drive operational excellence across our warehouse operations, with a strong focus on outbound logistics, continuous improvement, and efficiency

You will work in a collaborative, international environment, partnering with internal teams and external logistics providers (3PL) to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant operations. This role combines process optimization, analytical thinking, and operational execution.

What you will do

  • Manage and oversee outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely shipment execution
  • Coordinate and monitor daily activities with the 3PL provider, ensuring performance and service level compliance
  • Ensure a quality control check on inbound goods and manage standard system transactions when required
  • Handle packing of products and receipt of goods as per specifications
  • Efficiently manage material handling within the warehouse
  • Perform pick/pack of handling units according to specifications, including goods packing and shipping
  • Support the design and optimization of logistics solutions, including shipment configuration and transport efficiency
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to support process enhancements and decision-making
  • Handle, with due care, dangerous goods while ensuring correct disposal and management of potential waste including electronic waste and packaging
  • Participate in daily resource and capability planning to ensure operational readiness

The skills you bring

  • Experience in warehouse operations, preferably with exposure to outbound logistics.
  • Experience working with or managing 3PL providers or external logistics partners
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies ( Lean / Six Sigma – Yellow Belt required, Green Belt preferred)
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
