Culligan seeks an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as an Operations Manager This position reports to the dealership's general manager and is responsible for managing all service, route, and warehouse personnel. The Operations Manager will implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective customer service that exceeds the customer's expectations.
Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition
• Unload, stage and properly store products in designated locations
• Pick, pack and prepare outbound orders
• Assign, schedule, and review all daily service work, deliveries, and warehouse activities
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet Jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks) safely
• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, including any negative customer situations
• Order equipment and supplies
• Adhere to and uphold all company safety guidelines and safe work practices
• Maintain an organized and neat warehouse
• Manage, maintain, and secure equipment inventory and supplies
• Coordinate with service, install, and sales team
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Warehouse, Inventory, and receiving experience
• Ability to lift, move, and stack 50lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working on your feet
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Valid driver’s license and all state-mandated special motor vehicle operations certificates
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
