Medcan Group is a leading Australian medicinal cannabis company focused on quality, innovation, and patient outcomes. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Officer to support our warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and logistics operations.

About the Role

The Warehouse Officer will work in a team that is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of materials and products within a GMP, TGA and GACP regulated environment. This is a varied role involving warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing support, forklift operation, and deliveries between company sites and dispensaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately.
• Load and unload deliveries and operate a forklift safely.
• Perform stock movements, transfers, and inventory transactions.
• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Raise purchase orders and support purchasing activities.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Complete warehouse and inventory documentation accurately.
• Assist with audits, stock investigations, and compliance activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards.
• Undertake deliveries and transfers between company sites when required.

About You

• Previous experience in warehousing, inventory, stores, or logistics.
• Proven Microsoft software use, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Current forklift licence (LF) and valid driver license
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good computer and inventory system skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
