Collinsville Open Cut is located approximately 160km from Airlie Beach in Queensland, a town known as the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef. Producing both metallurgical and thermal coal for the export market, the surface mine has a long life and is transitioning from a dragline strip to a truck and shovel terrace operation.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in providing a cost effective and efficient procurement, warehousing, and distribution service to ensure material availability in a timely and accurate manner.
In this role you will:
Demonstrate extensive experience in all aspects of supply including procurement and warehousing, coupled with a high level of inventory management skills.
Know how to operate a computer and maintain accurate stock records.
About You:
Experience in a stores or warehouse position.
Forklift ticket is required.
Skilled and solutions-focused professional who is responsive, enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated.
Experience with SAP, advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptable and able to reprioritise tasks as required to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
