Job Description

At Ben E. Keith Company, our legacy is strong—and our future is even stronger.
For more than a century, we’ve been leaders in fine food and premium beverage distribution, known for delivering excellence and building lasting partnerships. Today, our Food Division spans multiple states, and our Beverage Division brings top beverage brands to communities across Texas.

But what truly sets us apart is our commitment to people. We invest in our employees, empower growth, and create opportunities to make an impact—because when our people succeed, so do our customers and our business. Since 1906, that’s been our promise.

The Warehouse Night Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders in the warehouse and to properly prepare and load products/pallets for delivery. Orders are pulled from stock using selection labels which contain product slot numbers, items codes, and item descriptions using the SAE-Scanning System. The selector scans the slot location on the label, travels to the slot by means of a mid-rider (electric pallet jack), identifies the product, places the label on the case and then places selected product on a pallet arranged in delivery stop sequence. The product is shrink-wrapped on the pallet and taken to the designated outbound dock door for loading.
Note: This is a NIGHT position: A typical shift begins at 4:00PM and will continue until all customer orders are pulled. Applicant must be available to work weekends (Friday and Sunday nights) to be considered for this position.
