Under the direct supervision of the Service Center Manager, Supervisor or Warehouse Lead this position is responsible for the receipt and put away of all inbound supplies to the Service Center . The Warehouse Material Handler will ensure all inbound product is properly verified against the packing slip and received into the Inventory Management ERP Application and assigned a location in the Warehouse Management System. This individual will also be responsible for loading all received products into their proper locations within the warehouse. The Warehouse Material Handler I will refill other suppling locations from over stock locations throughout the Service Center to ensure that the appropriate stock levels are maintained. This individual will also be tasked with rotating stock to ensure that the items closest to expiration go out first while removing expired products. In order to perform their duties, the Warehouse Material Handler will be required to operate various Material Handling equipment. Examples of which include but are not limited to various types of forklifts, reach trucks, cherry picker, pallet jacks both manual and electric, vertical inventory carousels, and sortation machinery. The Warehouse Material Handler is also responsible for the delivery of goods using a van or 26ft Straight Box Truck.

Essential Functions:

  • Receive Product into the Inventory Management ERP Application
  • Putaway incoming stock from inbound deliveries
  • Rotation of Stock during the replenishment/putaway process
  • Fulfillment of Outbound Orders
  • Inventory management of dead stock and removal of Expired Product
  • Maintain over all Warehouse Cleanliness
  • Repack and Kitting using sortation machinery
  • Operating a Forklift,Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Electric and Manual Pallet Jacks
  • General Warehouse Maintenance
  • Delviery of Goods while operating a 26ft Straight Box Truck or Van
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Other Functions:

  • Maintains compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
  • Complies with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

Experience:

  • Warehousing or supply chain background preferred.
  • Forklift/Reach Truckoperator preferred
  • Driving Company vehicles including box truck and delivery van required

Licensure:

  • Minimum license requirements: Valid Driver’s License

Certification:

  • Department of Transportation Medical Examiners Certificate preferred.
