Job Description

Company Background

Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Banting, Selangor. They specialize in- Manufacturing metal products

Warehouse

  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, rental warehousing which include Re-Packing and Repair Operation.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse layout
  • Control inventory level by conducting physical counts and reconciling with system.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and FIFO/LIFO principles

Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including drivers and vehicle arrangement, scheduling, carrier selection, and transportation logistics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders while minimizing shipping cost and transit time.
  • Collaborate with transportation providers and logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and streamline freight operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and photo taken during loading and unloading process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics & Warehouse or any relevant field
  • A Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Solid Understanding of Warehousing/Logistics and Inventory Management system
  • Ability to speak in English, Malay & Mandarin ( due to business requirements)
  • MUST Be able to work in Banting
