Job Description

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full time Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that is self-motivated and reliable!

As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the warehouse and its supporting functions. Key warehouse functions include maintaining our inventory management system, ensuring high accuracy of counts and contents within the warehouse, facilitating communication with internal and external partners, and promoting safety. You will collaborate with production, finance, and purchasing to ensure supplies are available promptly, changes in demand are communicated effectively, and shipments received are reconciled accurately. Attention to detail is crucial for this role, as it supports the foundation of the company's planning process.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reporting and communicating results of Key Performance Indicators.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies.
• Help develop, update, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Contribute to the communication and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure that inventory and warehouse performance standards are met.
• Assist in analyzing data and statistics to improve processes and detect abnormalities.
• Communicate and coordinate with all 3rd party logistic companies to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and a willingness to learn.
• Analytical mind with basic math skills.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge and experience in Inventory Management are preferred, but not required.
