Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Manager at Supply Technologies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods. You will lead a team and work closely with other departments to maintain inventory levels, optimize storage space, and uphold safety standards within the warehouse facility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock management.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations.
• Other tasks as assigned by the managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, including knowledge of inventory control, distribution, and logistics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is advantageous
