Job Description

Acne Studios is a progressive luxury house and through collaboration and curiosity, we set high aspirations and strive for excellence. We value everyone’s contribution and embrace feedback to develop ourselves and others. We aim to minimise our environmental impact across all our operations and to address societal challenges in the way we conduct our business.

As Warehouse Manager SE, you play a key role in translating these ambitions into operational excellence. You lead and develop the warehouse operation to deliver high‑quality logistics performance across all channels, while creating a safe, inclusive and motivating environment where people can grow and perform at their best. You will be based at our Warehouse in Spånga.

With a forward‑looking and hands‑on mindset, you take full ownership of both strategic development and daily execution. You drive continuous improvement across processes, structure and ways of working, ensuring a flexible, efficient and scalable warehouse operation that supports Acne Studios’ continued growth.

CULTURE OF COLLABORATION

We firmly believe that when you feel supported, included, and trusted, it enables you to enjoy your work and thrive in it. You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Warehouse Manager SE, you translate strategic direction into strong operational performance while building a flexible and scalable logistics setup that supports Acne Studios’ growth. You lead the long‑term development of the warehouse while staying closely connected to daily operations, ensuring high standards, efficiency and strong team performance by:

  • Owning the end‑to‑end management of Warehouse SE, including all core warehouse flows (inbound, outbound, returns, e‑tail and special flows) and related operational and administrative processes.
  • Leading, developing and engaging the warehouse team through recruitment, planning, training and hands‑on daily leadership, while securing accurate time reporting in Quinyx.
  • Remaining operationally involved by regularly participating in warehouse activities to ensure deep process understanding and continuous improvement.
  • Driving performance and collaboration through regular performance follow‑ups, annual reviews and close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing supplier and procurement activities, including contract evaluation, invoice approval in MediusFlow and cost control in line with budget expectations.
  • Working closely with wholesale, retail and e‑tail teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality logistics experience across all channels.
  • Ensuring accurate stock handling through returns management, discrepancy investigations, regular stock counts and the annual full inventory.
  • Securing compliance with Health & Safety regulations and following up on warehouse KPIs together with the Supply Chain Manager EMEA.

WHO YOU ARE

You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. You enjoy working as a team and you embrace feedback to develop yourself and others. You are curious and thrive in a dynamic environment. Cooperation, respect, and clear communication are important, along with your ambition to learn and grow. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.

Specific personal qualities for this role:

  • Leads by example with a hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset
  • Communicates clearly and builds trust across teams
  • Takes strong ownership and follows through
  • Solves problems with structure and pragmatism
  • Fosters an inclusive, high‑performing team culture
  • Self‑driven, business‑minded and collaborative

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field
  • At least five years of leadership experience in a labor‑intensive environment
  • Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations
  • Proven ability to optimize processes and manage daily operations
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Strong analytical, numerical and systems proficiency (ERP, WMS, MS Office)

What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills. We are dedicated to recognising the potential in each individual. We embrace diversity of people as well as ideas and viewpoints and encourage everyone's individual expression of their own identity.

A background check will be conducted on the final candidate as part of our standard recruitment process.

About Acne Studios

Acne Studios is a Stockholm-based fashion house with a multidisciplinary approach. Through founder and Creative Director Jonny Johansson’s interest in photography, art, architecture and contemporary culture, an alternative path has been found, turning Acne Studios into a well-respected creator of ready-to-wear, magazines, furniture, books and exhibitions.

Acne Studios HQ is located in Stockholm, in a brutalist masterpiece that formerly housed the Czechoslovakian Embassy. Completely restored to facilitate a fashion school-like atmosphere, the overall aesthetic reflects the Acne Studios brand identity, telling the story of its history and global vision. Acne Studios also operates offices in Paris, Empoli, New York, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

Acne Studios has seen double-digit growth for most years since our inception. Each store has a unique distinctive character, yet with common key design elements reflecting the Acne Studios brand identity.

Following our ambitious sustainability work and focus on supplier relationships and longevity, Acne Studios has been independently verified as “Leader” by Fair Wear Foundation for six consecutive years.
