The role

The Warehouse Manager will oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the facility This role is responsible for leading warehouse activities, maintaining compliance with PEZA and local regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support overall supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Ensure compliance with PEZA, DOLE, OSH, DENR, and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs related to operations, safety, compliance, and environmental standards
• Act as the primary representative during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives for operational and compliance-related findings
• Oversee warehouse facilities management including space utilization, maintenance coordination, and operational readiness
• Manage warehouse inventory accuracy and shipment transactions using ERP and warehouse management systems
• Coordinate import and export documentation and logistics activities with freight forwarders and transport providers
• Handle sourcing of warehouse-related materials including packaging supplies and equipment calibration coordination
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors, waste handlers, and service providers for warehouse operational requirements
• Ensure warehouse personnel are properly trained on operational procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and operational efficiency
• Supervise warehouse staff and support team performance management and development

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations processes
• Experience using ERP and warehouse management systems
• Certified to operate electric forklift
• Knowledgeable in import/export processes and shipment documentation
• Familiarity with PEZA operations and compliance requirements
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarding and local transport companies
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience handling warehouse teams
• Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor warehouse KPIs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in chemical industry operations and handling dangerous goods/non-dangerous goods is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in environmental compliance and pollution control regulations is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
