At Alstom, we build what millions depend on daily - rail transportation systems that can't afford to fail. We're more than 85,000 people worldwide creating the industry's most diverse portfolio: high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services and integrated systems.
More Than a Job: A Mission!
Join our production team in Bellevue and lead warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations supporting the delivery of our Metronet project.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and compliant operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability, leading high-performing teams, and championing continuous improvement across the warehouse function.
We're looking for a proactive leader with strong warehouse and logistics experience, a passion for developing people, and a proven track record of operational excellence.
As Warehouse Manager, you'll provide clear direction to the team, oversee day-to-day operations, and maintain a strategic focus to ensure warehouse performance aligns with project objectives.
Your Role, Your Impact!
Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
At Alstom, an agile, inclusive and responsible culture is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating an environment where diverse talent can grow, learn and advance their careers. We encourage our employees to reach their full potential while ensuring they are valued, respected and supported as individuals.
As an equal opportunity employer, we strongly encourage applications from women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, and individuals from diverse cultural and community backgrounds.
We recognise that flexibility and inclusivity are key to building high-performing teams and encourage candidates to discuss any individual requirements or workplace adjustments they may need. If you require adjustments to the recruitment process, please contact hr.accessibility@alstomgroup.com.
Internal applicants should confirm their eligibility to apply with their Manager and Human Resources representative prior to submitting an application.
As part of the recruitment process, successful candidates will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including reference verification, medical assessments, and drug and alcohol testing.
Please note that compliance requirements may vary depending on the role and workgroup. Relevant information will be provided throughout the recruitment process.
