Warehouse Manager

Mission Statement

Responsible for all Warehouse & Distribution operations in territory including Finished Goods, Raw Material etc. and establish system and document all fleet and logistics activities in accordance to the Coca-Cola Quality system The role also requires providing front line support to Planning, Operations & Sales in order to achieve key business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• To develop the layout and infrastructure of raw material, Finished Goods and General items warehouse as per business future needs.
• Ensure Efficient handling and management of raw materials and other supplies from suppliers with coordination of Procurement department as per Purchase Order specifications and receiving schedules.
• Prepare and propose appropriate departmental budget to meet next year’s operational requirements with continuous efficiency.
• Management of Forklift and other assets’ fleet in excellent and safely operatable condition included most efficient POL/fuel consumptions within approved budgets
• Effective management of suppliers and service providers and draw maximum service levels out of them, including Forklift repair and maintenance vendors and 3PL partners.
• Maintain strong control on warehouse operations ensuring maximum operational support with minimum overheads (including overtime)
• Training and development of warehouse staff to meet Warehouse operational goals with minimalistic headcount
• Efficient Inventory Management of all new Glass / Shells in respective territory to support plant production operations as well as Sales operations.
• Efficient Inventory Management and movement/transfer/dispatch/issuance of Raw materials and Finished Goods to support plant and Sales operations respectively..
• Management of all Warehousing storage facilities in good / presentable condition including rented warehouse with in the territory.
• To manage & supervise Plant Warehouse & Sales Centre operations under territory.
• Efficient Inventory Management of Finished Goods (Liquid) & Empty stocks at plant and sales centre.
• Efficient Inventory Management of all new Glass / Shells belongs to GUJ+ISD territory to support plant production operations.
• Receiving of Glass from market and sorting as per RGB SOP guidelines.
• To ensure smooth supply of glass to Production section as per plan.
• To ensure receiving / handling of newly produced stocks from productions lines,
• To manage & supervise Plant Warehouse & Sales Centre operations under territory.
• Execution of stock transfer plan of Finished Goods to other territories.
• Efficiently managing Warehouse shipping operations to ensure timely loading / un-loading of Sales Direct / Indirect vehicles.
• To develop / implement product handling SOPs to minimize product wastages.
• To ensure stacking and loading of products according to FEFO/FIFO rules to avoid any expiries in the warehouse,
• To ensure accurate and in-time warehouse daily / monthly reports to the internal and external customers,

Candidate Education

Bachelor's Degree Preferably Masters
