Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager supports the daily operation, maintenance, and organization of our facility and warehouse. This role ensures materials, equipment, and the facility itself are maintained to the highest standards and readily available to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment supporting critical field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment
  • Support facility upkeep and maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs and vendor services as needed
  • Provide leadership and coaching to warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safe work practices
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and support continuous improvement in material handling processes
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and equipment operating procedures
  • Operate and oversee proper use of forklifts, material handling equipment, and company vehicles
  • Track and report facility needs, equipment status, and warehouse performance metrics
  • Assist with fleet yard organization and equipment staging for field crews

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of warehouse, facility, or logistics experience; construction or utility industry exposure preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership ability or prior supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory management, and material handling equipment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse and yard environment
  • Valid driver's license; forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in utility construction, telecom, or related field environment
  • Knowledge of fleet support or equipment staging practices
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort coordinating facility repairs

A turn- key installation would include site prep, civil work, steel erection, electrical bus installation, aluminum welding, and relay/scada installation. We can also perform any Transmission work associated with the substation from 69kv to 500kv.
