Warehouse Manager

Arrow Electronics is looking for a strategic and proactive Warehouse Manager, with deep experience in both - operative and corporate perspective

Available to work in shift 1 OR 2

(6:00 - 1:15)

(2:00 - 9:15)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage employees and processes related to the order fulfillment process for a segment of, or the entire, distribution center.

• Work with supervisors, leads and employees to meet and exceed service level and quality, and productivity goals.

• Identify ways to reduce costs while improving efficiencies and quality, which may involve utilization of CPI processes.

• Develop, manage staff, including resource allocation.

• Analyzes and implements process improvements.

• Review financials for areas of improvement.

• Customer problem resolution and request

• Other duties as assigned.

• Managing different warehouse profiles across the warehouse.

• Ability to work with all kind of levels within the Warehouse.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$69,350.00 - $90,000.00 MXN Monthly
