How can you contribute to our growth and transformation?

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who will take ownership of warehouse operations, internal logistics, and material flow management across our manufacturing site.

This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material availability for production, operational safety, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes. You will lead the warehouse team, optimize logistics performance, and support our journey toward operational excellence.

How will your typical workday look like?

  • Lead and organize warehouse and internal logistics operations
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Oversee inbound, storage, line feeding, finished goods handling, and outbound processes
  • Manage and approve stock movements within the ERP system
  • Coordinate material flow to support production requirements
  • Maintain warehouse documentation, labeling standards, and material traceability
  • Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Drive Lean initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and flow optimization activities
  • Coordinate transportation activities and monitor logistics supplier performance
  • Investigate and resolve logistics non-conformities
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment regulations
  • Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate warehouse team members
  • Identify training needs and support employee development

What do we want to know about you?

  • Secondary school or university degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, internal logistics, or a similar leadership role
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in team leadership and people management
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
  • English at intermediate level (B1) and Slovak language proficiency
  • Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, at intermediate level
  • Knowledge of inventory management, material flow, and logistics processes
