Job Description

USNR is looking for our next Warehouse Manager in Woodland, WA. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including the safe and proper handling, receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipment of parts, materials, and equipment. This position ensures warehouse activities are performed in accordance with approved standard operating procedures, company guidelines, safety expectations, and quality standards. The Warehouse Manager provides leadership to warehouse team members, maintains accountability for inventory accuracy and shipping readiness, coordinates with production and other departments, and supports continuous improvement within the warehouse function.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has direct supervisory responsibility for warehouse team members and is responsible for training, assigning work, monitoring performance, coaching, and supporting employee development within the warehouse function.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm.

Salary Range $91k-$115,000 DOE

Essential Functions

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material movement, inventory control, and shipping activities.
  • Ensure all parts and materials are handled safely and in accordance with approved standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain security and accountability of inventory through accurate location management, inventory controls, and cycle count programs.
  • Develop, document, implement, and reinforce warehouse standard operating procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain and monitor the Ready to Ship Report and equipment production schedule to support timely shipment of available orders.
  • Oversee quality control for inbound and outbound shipments, including timely disposition of non-conforming parts.
  • Provide reports, status updates, and performance information to management as needed.
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign daily workloads across all warehouse areas to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate with Production Coordinators and other departments to support a smooth transition of finished product to the warehouse.
  • Manage local relationships and support corporate relationships with carriers, including facilitating process improvements, lost item inquiries, claims, and billing approvals.
  • Ensure warehouse team members are properly trained to safely use tools, equipment, and material handling equipment.
  • Promote a safe, organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and development of warehouse team members.

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse lead, supervisor, manager, or similar leadership position preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems preferred.
  • Strong background in domestic and international shipping preferred.
  • Understanding of import/export rules and regulations preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, train, and develop team members.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
