Job Description

You will lead warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate and timely receipt, storage and dispatch of materials. You will partner with supply chain, quality, production and EHS teams to keep operations reliable. We seek practical, people-focused leaders who use data to solve problems and coach others. Responsibilities

  • Lead daily inbound, storage and outbound warehouse activities to meet site and customer needs.
  • Manage and develop the warehouse team, including recruitment, rostering, training and performance management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and timely system updates.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and site procedures and keep the warehouse audit ready.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise performance.
  • Coordinate with planning, procurement, quality and logistics teams to resolve issues and support projects.
  • Keep the warehouse safe and ensure the team follows environmental, health and safety procedures.
  • Oversee receipt, inspection, storage and dispatch of materials with correct documentation and handling.
  • Maintain clear records of stock movements and support month-end and audit activities.
  • Own warehouse performance metrics and present regular, simple updates to site leadership.
  • Lead root cause analysis for incidents and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build skills and promote an inclusive working environment.

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or pharm – D or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or logistics management.
  • Proven experience managing on-site teams and daily warehouse activities.
  • Practical experience with warehouse systems or ERP (for example SAP) and basic Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality and safety processes and experience with audit readiness.
  • Clear communication skills in English and Urdu to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare or food.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP warehouse modules or dedicated warehouse management systems.
  • Training or practical experience in continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Experience leading change controls, corrective actions or operational risk mitigation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive operational decisions.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects that improved warehouse efficiency, cost or quality.
