Summary
Timex Group is a global watch company with a portfolio of iconic brands sold around the world. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our UK warehouse operation in Northampton. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Timex Group UK, this role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe movement of products throughout the warehouse while driving operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.
As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of all warehouse operations and play a key role in supporting business performance and customer satisfaction.

QualificationsResponsibilities
- Leading daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, stock control, and WMS/ERP data integrity
- Monitoring operational KPIs and preparing performance reports
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Managing, motivating, and developing a high-performing warehouse team
- Overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Driving workflow improvements, productivity enhancements, and warehouse optimisation initiatives
- Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinating logistics activities and liaising with transport providers
- Working closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams to support business objectives
- Supporting audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence
- Forklift license
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
