The Opportunity
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of Arrow’s warehouse and logistics operations, leading both day-to-day execution and long-term operational improvement. This is a highly hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible not only for ensuring smooth warehouse flow, fulfilment, and inventory accuracy, but also for building the systems, structure, and operational discipline required to support future growth. Oversee warehouse layout, flow, and operational efficiency
Lead recycling and operational handling initiatives (including AROUND™ programme)
Drive continuous improvement across warehouse systems and processes
Lead, develop, and support a small warehouse team (5 direct reports)
Maintain health and safety standards and a structured working environment
About You
Strong warehouse and operational leadership experience
Experience managing small teams (5+ people preferred)
Warehouse or logistics background essential
Strong systems, process, and improvement mindset
Experience with inventory, fulfilment, or ERP systems
Hands-on leadership style, not office-based management only
Manufacturing or apparel experience is an advantage
Why this role?
This is a rare opportunity to step into a key operational leadership role where you will have direct influence over how the warehouse runs today and how it evolves in the future. You will be trusted to take ownership of a critical part of the business, improve systems and processes, and lead a team that plays a central role in customer experience and fulfilment performance. The role offers genuine scope to shape operational standards, introduce structure, and build a scalable warehouse function that supports the company’s continued growth.
