We are recruiting a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations for a growing manufacturing and distribution facility in Lincoln, AL. This role oversees daily pick-pack-ship operations, inventory management, dock activity, and warehouse workflow within a 100,000-square-foot climate-controlled facility supporting sports equipment manufacturing and distribution. The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse leadership experience, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to lead and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Position Offers
Up to $70K base salary depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations including inventory, shipping/receiving, dock activity, and order fulfillment
Oversee pick-pack-ship and assembly processes while ensuring accuracy and productivity
Manage warehouse layout, inventory flow, and space utilization across the facility
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocking controls, and physical inventories
Train, coach, and supervise a team of 8–12 warehouse employees
Coordinate with corporate and internal teams while tracking daily operational metrics
Requirements
5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong experience with pick-pack-ship, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and dock operations
Experience managing inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and warehouse operations metrics
Forklift certified or willing to become certified on regular and stand-up forklifts
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong leadership style focused on culture, accountability, and employee development
